PLEASE HELP! Is it difficult to drop 1% Body Fat? Thank you?

I have 2 questions. The first: What was difficult for you to drop by 1% fat? (How long with this kind of work a) First, I am a boy of 23 years. I can use the device you entered and sends a current through your body to measure the% fat. 5 years ago – I was a maximum of 25% of the body too big 2 years ago – I was at 20% run / UPS / abs every night I'm at 15% which is better, but I really want to get a Pack 6, or at least near it. This is the second: Does take another 2 years to reach 10%? (In my current pace of the exercise) my daily work (30 minutes) – I'm 5'11, 185 – Run 2 miles, 8 min pace – 60 lizards, 60 abs – 5 Pull-Ups – some machines lying in the gym in my apartment (which sucks) – I eat very healthy

I do not say, but I fell to 6.5% body fat and not even 6-Pack Abs. A lot depends on genetics, what I heard. I can use the same type of electronic device you use. I think the problem you encounter is that you are (Probably) to eat to build muscle while trying to burn fat. Unfortunately, I do not think you can do both at once. Summer Last, I reduced my strength and dramatically increased cardio. I bike 15 miles around 4-5x a week. We also monitor almost my calorie consumption / expenditure (Www.calorie-count.com), with a net expenditure of 250-500 calories per day that I took in. During this period does not build any muscle, not lose any. However, I dropped my body fat by about 5%. Once I got where I wanted to be, I cut cardio and training force again. Now, my body fat is slowly creeping up again (with muscle), so when you reach the 10% I will return the additional cardio until you recover. Good luck.
