I gained weight, but I'm fat. Losing weight is really important to me, which one is better … low body-fat or low number on the scale? And I must move on with my diet or try another one? I've been doing "The other day diet" and lost Body Fat, but I recently acquired 100-200grams and do not know why and Im pretty sure its not muscle. Your opinion?
