Body Fat scale! wrong?

I just bought one of these ports of origin to tell your body fat and water weight and I think the results are read incorrectly. Im 5'9 ", 168 pounds, athletic, 18, go to the gym often, and you can see my abs very well. I heard once that will reach 9% body fat when you can see, but reading is the scale that I am 26.7% fat body. Do you think this is reasonable?
