Teenage boy needs a fitness program to lose weight and train muslces? Pls read for more details!?

My weighs about 68-72 kg and my height is 163cm. In about four weeks, I must be equal to or less than 64 kg. This means that 1 kg per week. I hope that on May 1, I would be about 58 kg after losing fat and putting on some muscles. However, I have a busy schedule. Each weekday, I'll go to school at 6:00 am and will usually only get home at 5.00 exhusted. My university has arrnaged for me to weigh every Monday and Friday for one hour. I try to organize for the period after school to practice over an hour every two days, either Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I hope to have two hours on Saturday and Sunday at the gym as well (one of them will be for swimming, most likely). Anyone who lose weight and tone my body, I also like to train my test Naffa composed of pull-ups, airport management Standing Jump on board, feel and operation 2.4.
