Homedics SC-540 LCD 400 lb/180 kg Capacity Bath Scale with Body Composition Scanner

I bought this scale in the hope to know what my body composition was boring without skin tests measure the fold or tape, and I was intrigued by the different options for athletes. To my dismay, no documentation, however, that accompanies the scale offered two very different definitions of "athlete". According to the quick start guide, and athlete is a person who engages in aerobic exercise for at least one hour per day, five days a week. But according to the manual as an athlete is a person who participates in the 12 hours of aerobic exercise per week. The Quick Start Guide I considered an athlete, but the manual and I would not. As such, I weighed in both places hope that the difference is not much since I qualified for both categories, but there was a difference of 8 percentage points, depending on the mode. According reading, you may lose Body Fat and stay healthy, but in another, I'm dangerously low. So if you are a time of an athlete " like me, this scale can also be useful.
