Not thinner now realize that girls?

Our idea of a healthy weight is not normal? I did some research and found that most women in 1900 were 18 and today's equivalent of a size 10. Medical Education show that the accumulation of fat in the hips and breasts are there to prepare the body for motherhood. I do not support an unhealthy lifestyle (like eat fast food three times a day and lack of exercise) but I do not think it's natural for everyone to be held to a standard weight. I talked to my doctor's BMI and it said it was not a good indicator of health, and also became common. She recommends actually testing the skin caliper or waist-hip ratio as a way to really determine someone's health. Sometimes I wonder how slim girls react if our society does heavier women as attractive and thin unnattractive. What are your views on this subject?

Size 10 is a perfect size, even in our culture. If this is our ideal form, I am afraid that television has helped to influence the thinking they have to consider. Everyone seems heavier on TV. Men are always like a piece of meat on the bones. Ask around! Most of them want a good size 10. Or even 12. You're right on the gym rat / BMI / sixpack abs a lot.
