I am 14 years old 160 pounds and i do football wrestling and track, i have a scale at home that measures Body Fat and weight and it seems to change a lot, it has ranged anywhere between 12 percent and 20 percent in like a day. i was wondering for my size and age am i overweight? I have a pretty big frame and i was wondering if there was any way i could decrease my Body Fat Percent. p.s. average on my scale is about 14%
