HELP … Is it possible that my Body Fat is so strong?

WOW … My body fat is so high, can be really!? I started working on … well, I'm new to all this. Let me start by all! I do not really have access to any instrument as my boyfriend and have not been to a doctor or a person in his size. All they really BM is a measure of the scale. Well I do not trust him, what kind of surprise that I read 23.5% BF. I was less than that, and after all the hard work over recent i 2 1 / 2 months, I thought it might be lower. Judging by the photo on myspace you probably in the range of 8-12%. Scales Measure Body Fat as measured by an electric current and there are many errors with them. Do not worry not what the scale and if you want a better approximation of what your Body Fat Levels are, you can find a variety of Web sites that approach their level of body fat based on height, bone structure, quantity and weight training. Note: Body fat is impossible to measure if it is completely dead.
