Why can not I lose?

I was on a strict diet and exercise program for over a week. I can especially drinking water, except juice from time to time here and there. I have my calories to 1,200 a day. I exercise every day with very impact aerobics, kick boxing, running. I also do Jillian Michael daily training. At least one hour per day. I do not see fat loss body at all what so ever. In fact, I feel as if had more fat than when I started. I really do not understand what I have to do .. Help!

It takes 10 pounds to lose a dress size, so a week is not enough time to see a change much at all, being given that would be a loss of about 2 pounds per week. Step at the same time each day (morning preferably) and you will not be able to see minor changes, like losing a few pounds in the mirror, but it is very likely to advance.
