Body Composition Monitor Review

Should I worry about my bones?

Last night I had my reading of the Body Composition. My bone was 4.8 lbs. I'm 21 years old and weighed 117 last night with a full stomach. The report said it had 19.5% Body Fat (which I'm fine with) 54.9% water (obviously need to increase) muscle mass is 89.6, the number of physics was 8 (9 being the best) BMR was 1319, metabolic age was 12 years old, and my number is low visceral fat as possible. I am a healthy person, obviously, plus my composition of water (probably need to add more muscle in my body to help maintain )…. but I fear that reading the bones! The table reading the page, a person of 110 pounds-165 pounds must have 5.3 pounds of bone. I have never taken into account the health of my bones! Am I small, or with early signs of osteoporosis? Information needed! (Also, I'm taking my daily recommended adequate intake calcium, and a serious drug addict milk and cheese)
