What are the levels with Body Fat percentages for men?

I am 15% body fat. Where do letters to health? I want to reach 10%. Is it healthy?

Generally, 20 to 28% is a good figure. Some athletes have a lower number. Your body needs a certain amount of body fat to your liver do its job. Your doctor may tell you. I called my Blue Cross / Blue Shield provider, and they sent me a letter telling you what is acceptable, depending on their weight and size.
