Measuring body composition? There are several methods. Hydrostatic weighing is the standard for testing body composition. It is the most accurate, but not very practical. skinfold calipers are almost as accurate, more convenient and comfortable for you.

Fat is stored in three different areas of our body. Subcutaneous – which lies between the skin and muscles. Intramuscular – which is in the muscle (also known as marbeling meat). And among its organs.
