Who can tell me that the scale of sense of BMI?

I just went to a "health" and Fitness "web" a joke written in numbers (size and weight, not Body Composition) .. and told me I was obese. In what sense? I wrote to 175 pounds, 5 feet 9 inches, which gave me a body mass index of 25.7. Someone help me here, how this question is relevant to health in general? If the subject "A" Weighing 175 pounds and was 5 feet 9 inches, and yet had almost no Body Fat, how to do it "at risk of cancer diabetes" If the subject "B" is 175 pounds and 5 feet 9 inches .. but with a large amount of body fat .. the risk of diabetes and cancer. you can see the error here?

BMI is not a good measurement system does not account for the mass muscle if u look at a body bui; leader has a very large body mass index and according to the scale that are not obese, but this is not correct. Bodybuilders have very low body fat and are not obese if this system is not the best way to Measure Body Fat and gauge your status current health is probably underwater weighing, but this is very cumbersome and costly
