Has anyone gone for a Body Composition test to determine muscle and fat percentage??

how was it and where did you go to get it done?

I worked at a weight loss clinic and we had a scale called the Tanita scale that measured everything such as BMI, Body Fat %, muscle mass, etc…you can buy a more affordable one at stores like WalMart…it’s just a high end scale…it can cost around $70-$100.
