Coaches are very serious eating disorders in the ability of football. Here are some tips that can be useful in the prevention of eating disorders among players champion.

An expert coach knows that when players are faced with eating disorders often try to hide their symptoms to avoid to call attention to themselves.

Therefore, there should be quite able to educate coaches and trainers to recognize signs and symptoms of eating disorders and understand their role in prevention.

Provide accurate information to players in the weight loss of weight, Body Composition, nutrition and athletic performance is very important and each coach must learn to do it to perfection.

This will not only reduce the misinformation, but doing so also oppose practices that are unhealthy, and even against-productive. Again, it is also important for coaches to recognize local professionals to educate players.
