What should I do to get rid of love handles and belly fat more?

I'm not fat, but I have a big belly little more and love handles and I was wondering what kind of diet and / or exercises and / or running you should do also I am a sporty person i play football, run cross-country skiing a bit and play football, but only I have a little belly fat that can not get rid anything that would help would be great! Thank you I give about a year to get rid of him and I just need advice! Thank you
