How to lose fat and excess skin?

ive jus started construction of the body and I am very skinny but I have time atm bit of loose skin or a small lip around my belly. How do I get rid of it?

You just need some real information about what is a healthy diet and how to exercise. For a healthy diet, you need to eat regular meals small and medium. Four or five times a day. Each meal (except breakfast, it should preferably be high in fiber), should contain a balanced amount carbohydrates for energy (potatoes, rice and pasta, etc.) Proteins (fish, chicken, red meat is sometimes fine, soya is good too) and many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (simple fresh fruit and vegetables). You lose the amount of current Protien you all day (through urine, etc.) so it must be renewed regularly on a daily basis. Carbohydrates are essential for energy. You will not be able to function without him. It also regulates Body Fat and glucose, vitamins and minerals, etc. are obviously essential for a variety of reasons.
