New to the exercise, read good books on nutrition and general advice for training?

Im new ways of working. I am not in bad condition, but I have a little belly and I keep hearing that the six pack abs start in the kitchen. I no idea where to start to learn to eat properly. Id like some books teach me how to prepare a proper diet to burn fat and increase muscle mass.
