How much weight should I lose? Have you any advice on how to lose weight fast?

I am 16 and have gained a lot of weight I spoke recently as 25 pounds in two months. I'm 5'7 and 175 pounds now. Now, how a "hard" belly and a fat ass and Women's thigh high.
