Need to get rid of belly fat?

I had a son eight years ago and can not get rid of belly fat .. I just know it is difficult to lose weight in the stomach, but does anyone have any suggestions? The cracks have not helped me.

I had the same problem. I learned that the cracks "Reverse" which works best. For them, lay on his back, arms at your sides. Spread your legs apart shoulders. Lift only about 3 inches of land and count to 10. Then back to the floor … Try do 15 of these. You feel it in the lower abdomen, legs and back.
