After pregnancy, the belly fat … you go?

I had my child for almost five months and my weight has dropped … but my heart is a little girl. (But they spell it) I've never done any exercise in my life! Is it necessary now? I am 21 years old at that. What I do?

I'm twenty-two years and my daughter 15 months ago. I can tell you that without a healthy diet and esercise little chubby, probably will not go not completely, but you just have the baby, so far, the best bet. After I had my baby, I lost 55 pounds and dropped 95 pounds. 'm 5'3 by the way, if I was pretty small, but I have belly fat, let alone handle love. I have not practiced until gained 10 pounds and look better everywhere but my belly. I know I'll have to start exercising time, because my belly at 95 pounds, did not seem to stomach a woman must look 95 pounds. I've never had problems with this before the baby and as you've never had to exercise in my life. But I can say that I have seen mothers do wonders for their body with a little exercise. I know it's hard to find the time well. Anyway, wait a few months if you do not want to start yet. My stomach continued to get Netter months even better after losing weight, but never anywhere near the way I want to display: (So I'll start from cracks too good luck!
