How to lose 15 pounds in one month?

I'm 5'7 "and I weigh about 162 pounds. I'm losing 15 pounds by April 1. The fact is that I'm not fat, but in the middle section, I can not make it smaller. I have to get rid of my love handles and stomach. I do not drink, no, no soft drinks, and I still have fat in this area. Can anyone give me advice to do so. I was a weight of about 150. I know I need exercise, but a specific plan to lose belly fat and love handle area? In addition, it is best to exercise in the morning or evening? I used to run about 3 miles and I saw how I was losing weight, but I have to lose weight fast in a month. Thank you.

If you really want to be serious about weight loss and fitness, it will take much over a month. The race is the best overall exercise for the whole body, so I really recommend doing about five days a week. But not to do at first. As for the loss of inches around the belly so fast, the options will not be healthy. You will need to reduce your calorie intake. I recommend replacing one meal a day with a Slimfast shake or something of that nature. Also the tone of your abs with a few simple exercises would be a good idea because as it builds muscle, helps burn fats faster. In general, I would say, eat healthy, do cardio, and try different exercises from. Losing a lot of weight in that short time is very difficult to do, so do not be offended if you do not see immediate results. Good health is a lifestyle. The more you better keep looking.
